Returns & Exchanges

At Levi's India, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange any unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log in to your account, go to the 'My Orders' section, and select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Pack the Items

  Place the original items in their original packaging with all tags intact and include the invoice inside the box.

• 3.
  Handover to Courier

  Our logistics partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48-72 hours to collect the package after verifying the contents.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once the quality check is completed at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
